Very quick. ClubScene is designed to be up and running fast. We provide full support documentation and our team is available to answer any questions. For venues that want hands-on help, we offer a setup service to get everything configured for you.

2Do I need to replace my existing POS system?

No. ClubScene works alongside your existing POS. If you prefer to process payments on your own POS, simply select that option in the app and ClubScene will continue tracking all your table and operational data without interfering with your payment flow. A built-in tap-to-pay option powered by Stripe is also available if you choose to use it.

3Can I customize it for my specific venue layout?

Absolutely. ClubScene includes a floor plan builder where you can design your layout exactly as your venue is set up — multiple rooms, different table shapes, sections, DJ booth, bar labels, and more. Every venue looks different and ClubScene is built to reflect that.

4What if my staff isn't tech-savvy?

ClubScene was designed with that in mind. The interface is intentionally simple — staff can pick it up on a busy night with minimal training. We also provide support documentation so your team always has a reference if they need it.

5Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

No long-term contract required. ClubScene is a monthly subscription — cancel anytime. Annual plans will be available in the future for venues that want to lock in a rate.

Every reservation includes a digitally signed proof of purchase contract that captures the guest's name, agreed spend minimum, venue terms, and signature — all stored in the app and exportable as a PDF. When a dispute comes up, you have everything you need to defend your venue.

Yes. Guests can discover your venue on ClubScene, browse available tables, purchase tickets, and submit reservations directly. You can also embed a ClubScene reservation widget into your existing website so guests never have to leave your page to book.
